Seller – Aiasõber OÜ reg no 10209468, address Ändi tee 18, Tüki village, 61411 Tartu, Tartu county, the Republic of Estonia. Customer service number +372 552 9369, hereafter Aiasõber;
Aiasõber – an online shop at www.aiasober.ee and / or www.aiasober.com and / or in section 1.1. a gardening outlet at that location;
Client – a natural adult who is not restricted by a valid court order or legal entity;
Affiliate – A legal entity or individual that provides goods or services in a Aiasõber’s online shop or at sale garden in Tüki village;
Account – a set of personal data and order history registered on the Customer’s Aiasõber page;
Aiasõber Accounts – Aiasõber accounts on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagramm, LinkedIn, etc. that provide information about Aiasõber E-shop and gardening products and services;
Services – all services provided by the Aiasõber to the Client;
Password – Customer-defined combination of letters and numbers that will be used in the first step of registering as a Aiasõber. A password is required for future account login;
Cookie – A small file that is sent to a client’s device that visits the Aiasõber’s e-shop. This definition includes the use of files of a similar nature in addition to a cookie;
Ordering Terms – Approved Aiasõber Sales Terms;
Direct marketing – an activity that aims to provide the Customer with the goods and services of a Aiasõber or to seek the opinion of the Customer on the provision of the proposed goods or services by e-mail, telephone or other direct means.
The customer can make a purchase on the Aiasõber’s Page with prior registration or without registration. In the case of an unregistered purchase, the Customer is obliged to disclose the following personal data to the Seller: given name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and delivery address. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data published by him / her.
Individuals who wish to register on the Aiasõber’s Site must provide their valid email address and password. In this way, the client creates an account for himself. When creating a client account, we ask for the following information: Client name, phone number, email address. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The customer is given a user ID upon registration. Aiasõber’s Personal Identification Number is required when a Customer purchases goods on a due date, in installments, or makes a purchase from a Aiasõber’s Partner
The Seller is required to collect the Customer’s personal information below for the following purposes:
Identity code and identity document – necessary for the Customer to place an order using the payment term in order to verify the identity of the person when paying the invoices.

Procedures for the storage and use of personal data
The Seller confirms that the Customer’s personal information is important to enable the Customer to use Aiasõber Services (including the right to participate in campaigns).
The Seller shall use Customer’s personal information to provide services and delivery, to communicate with Customer and for performance analysis, and, if Customer has consented, also for direct marketing purposes. Personal data will be retained for seven calendar years from the time the data is provided to Seller.
Seller undertakes not to disclose Customer’s personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- if the Client agrees to the disclosure of his / her personal data;
- to provide a service or to order goods or services from a Aiasõber’s Affiliate if the Customer’s personal information is required for delivery;
- in the manner prescribed by law enforcement agencies, as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia;
The Customer has the following rights:
- submit a written request to the Seller for the Seller to disclose to the Customer the personal data collected so far. The information is forwarded to the Customer’s e-mail address;
